Medoro is from a sicillian cooperative that are didicated to producing high quality wines at accessable prices and this Grillo is no acception. The vineyards overlook the Mediterranean sea and benefit from the perfect combination of hot summer days tempered by sea breezes and sunshine; the perfect conditions to grow healthy grapes.
With juicy mellon, apple and lemon flavours, the grapes are gently pressed with cold settling and a cool fermentation and ageing in stainless steel, so no heavy oak or intervention.
